It seemed everybody but me was getting Dreamwidth invite codes, just for being there. There was a post about them sending another bunch out over the weekend, but I never got any, so I clicked a link and it asked me to justify my request. I made some noncommittal noise about Other Journal Site Members Maybe Wanting To Follow Me Over, and, until this morning, nuthin.

This was the header of the email which contained them:

Your invite code request has been granted

To which the only proper response is:


           "Long live Jambi!"

But seriously. They gave me two. Big whoop. One I'm saving for Eleanor in case this whole place crashes and burns. The other's yours if you ask first.

okay, I apparently lived under a rock these last few weeks. What the heck is Dreamwidth and why is everyone on LJ talking about it?

I could have easily have googled, I'm aware, but any excuse to get to talk to you again should be taken. ^_^
