There's nothing quite like breaking news to bring out the real agendas of the various networks. With the quake hitting LA an hour or so ago, and all the big screen TVs at the gym keying on it, I really got a sense of the broad spectrum of viewpoints out there.  (Warning: some of these are real.)

CNN: Quake hits Los Angeles, US Geological Survey downgrades Richter scale report to 5.4.

ESPN: Los Angeles area hit by earthquake; Dodgers still scheduled to play tonight.

Fox News Studio B: California city rocked by blasts: is there a terrorist connection?

MSNBC Countdown with Keith Olbermann: Obama visits quake site, walks across fault and calms storm, averting massive loss of life.

CBS, Late Show with David Letterman: Top ten favorite numbers on the Richter scale. Ready? Heeere we go! Number 10: Ten! Number 9: Nine!....

CNN, Headline News with Nancy Grace: Angelenos are to blame for destruction that THEY caused.

Golf Channel: Mickelson, Ernie Els resume sudden death playoff on 23rd hole at Pebble Beach Classic.

NFL Network: Brett Favre to Chargers? Fault opens from San Diego to Vegas.

WKBW Channel 7 Eyewitness News: Cheektowaga couple's luggage feared delayed at LAX after quake.

CNN, Lou Dobbs: Minutemen race to scene of rift to prevent illegals from crawling through fault.

Tonight's Lifetime Original Movie: "It's His Fault," the poignant story of a family broken in two by fate. Jane Seymour stars.

BBC America: Being rises from fault, identifying self as "Fourteenth Doctor" and wrecking continuity for the next 20 years.

Financial News Network: Oil executives scramble for drilling rights under the new California coastal waters just west of Lake Tahoe.

MSNBC Simulcast of Michael Savage: Quake is a fake, caused by the whining of autistic kids and their parents!

YES Network: GM Brian Cashman promises to outbid Red Sox for services of earthquake, calling it "the perfect way to get us out of the 6th through 8th innings"

ETWN: Saint Andreas- so misunderstood!

Feel free to add your own.
