captainsblogNot, strictly speaking, the game pictures; I'm still writing the narration for those. These are just some characters, some from the road, others from right here when I needed to burn off the disposable camera roll.
First, our local cast of characters:
Tasha, posing for the camera like the cheap grrl she is.

Ebony, somehow finding enough room for 60 pounds of herself on Emily's bed.

And here, hanging out with her landlady.

Not to be outcuted, the cats:
Michelle, admiring the handiwork of the club chair she's been clawing to pieces the past three years...

....and Tazzer, who really doesn't have beer-sign eyes that bad but reflects flashbulb light out of them like crazy.
----
Moving back in time to the trip itself:
We met in 8th grade alegebra class. Our teacher wrote on our permanent record cards that we were supposed to have been separated after that for the sake of classroom decorum. Fortunately, that never happened. That's Dennis in the green and me in my funereal Shea Shtadium Shirt.

Some have asked just where they're building the new stadium relative to the old one. This shot from my Thursday parking space shows just how close they are. That's the New to the left and the Old to the right.
----
And this was my favorite Absurd Sign of the whole trip. Not that I disagree with the sentiment, but the location of that sign is on a designated downramp from the upper echelons of the ballpark, where, by definition, anyone who's subjecting themselves to ejection is, duh, LEAVING ANYWAY.
