* Then today, in the continuing effort to keep all that excess weight off, I returned to the gym- as did my workout buddy from yesterday. After trying to haul off one of my sneakers and making a chew toy out of one of the other guys' towels, Kai's daddy decided to channel his energy into something more appropriate:

* Finally, it's been confirmed: the Ballghazi controversy over last Sunday's Patriots win has jumped the shark. At a defiant followup news conference where the team's coach came out swinging in denying everything and daring the league to find them guilty, Coach Hoodie said:
"I'm not a scientist. I'm not an expert in footballs. I'm not an expert in football measurements. I'm just telling you what I know," Belichick said in the midst of his and the Patriots' public not guilty plea for their part in the alleged cheating scandal for deflating footballs in the AFC Championship Game.
"I would not say that I'm the Mona Lisa Vito of the football world as she was the car expertise area. All right?"
Right. This scandal has now been reduced to My Cousin Vinny references:
So at least we now know who was responsible. It was Two Yutes.
