Reboot to the Head
Aug. 10th, 2011 08:56 amNothing like waking up to Vista prompting a forced reboot after its Tuesday download of security crap, clicking the "postpone 4 hours" option, and then accidentally hitting the "restart" button anyway and having it reboot then and there with nothing saved....
....only to tell me, on restart, that both Flash and Vista have two more updates for me, requiring, what else?, another restart. I just did it this time; easier not to lose any work when YOU FECKIN HAVEN'T DONE ANY YET.
Oh, and look! It took out my printer drivers again! Thanks, Microsoft! It's a GOOD thing you and Carly hate each other! Please don't wish me into the OLEfield!
So, apropos of that, and also of the results of yesterday's post....
have some Indigo Girls.
Annnnnd that's not working, either. FML.
