captainsblogAs if last night's weirdness outside our house wasn't enough? I remembered seeing something almost as odd earlier in the day yesterday in this Very Quiet Neighborhood:
Federal agents in blaze-orange vests were investigating in a back yard three or four streets over.
Not FBI. Not DEA. Not NSA (I doubt they wear vests anyway;).
USDA. The Crop Police.
We speculated what they might have been looking for- an invasive species of tree vermin? Hippie lettuce being grown? I imitated one of them during a bust: USDA Police! Stop or we'll pelt!
But Eleanor got off the real punch line....
They were investigating a drive-by fruiting.
Today is ALREADY a better day, thanks to that:)
