The Official Work Record of 2 June 2010 will reflect that I got somewhere between jack-sh and jack-shi accomplished. Even so, it was pretty much non-stop from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including being stuck in traffic in all three rush hours that I usually avoid (Sheridan Drive right before 9 a.m. with all the middle school buses out, 3 p.m. on Kensington Avenue in Buffalo, where their versions of those buses are all heading home, and then 5:00 on Maple Road, which is being ripped up to smithereens).
Much of it was spent cleaning up messes from yesterday, some of which it was my job to cause, at least one stinker of which was caused for me. I won't know until tomorrow at the earliest how successful it all was.
Eleanor and I watched the DVD of Alice in Wonderland, which came today. I caught a lot more of the little details, especially in the dialog, that got a bit overwhelmed by the bigscreen 3D presentation a few months back. In the midst of it all, we had a serious gullywasher of a thunderstorm. Since I'm due to be outside for a good chunk of tomorrow, I'm hoping that's out of its system.
Have a good night, all. With luck, I'll manage to accomplish six impossible things before breakfast tomorrow.
