Brief Wrestling Day Wreport.
Dec. 26th, 2012 09:42 pmOoh, sorry, Boxing Day, eh?
It was clear, by late morning, that today was going to be 97 percent quiet, 3 percent asshattery. By day's end, I'd conquered at least two of the assier hats, but a few lay ahead for the rest of the week/year.
My day began with a 9 a.m. workout that hurt the crap out of my back. It still hurts, if less so, 12 hours later. I did get most of a cardio session in before the end of the afternoon, but seeing the sudden influx of The Latest OMG Snowpocalypse! from the gym's front windows a bit after 5, I headed home and have been safely here ever since- as is Eleanor (home since 2ish) and Emily (more like 5ish). Cam has landed at a friend's house and won't be going out from there in any of this.
Our younger dog had her annual checkup today, and Em's kitten has been wearing out the entire population, including Ebony. And even me.
The mortgage refiance has been pre-approved and I sent the 88 signatures into the postal ether late this afternoon, along with a $400 check to gamble on its ultimate approval. Hopefully they-all will make it to Syracuse before the end of the year through all this snow.
I owe recaps of the final Dexter and the most recent Doctor. Both have my head rather spinning.
Talk to yas tomorrow when I'm no longer down for the Boxing Day count;)
