It would've helped with my Incredible Shrinking Afternoon today.
1:15- called 1:00 client to tell him I was running about a little late and would be there at 1:20. He did me one better, telling me he had a new emergency come up and wouldn't be back until 1:45.
Almost 2:15: arrived for 2:00 appointment, the same 15 minutes behind schedule I started out at despite the 45-minute eventual lag in the first appointment. Got to pet the dog and discuss receivables aging with the accountant, probably a higher and better use of my time than the other way round. Showed the dog'sowner owned the best LOLCAT of the day, if only to let her know she's better off having only the dog:

3:50- Arrived at 3:45 doctor's appointment only five minutes late, remarkable considering how much time I'd caught up in the whole process. Presented sore right arm. He poked, he prodded, he pricked my finger (which is better, I suppose, than, well, something George Carlin once speculated about;), he concluded, for starters at least, that the problem is physiological rather than pathological. Prescibed Naproxen and referred for X-rays.
6:11- Still not king. But at least caught up with the space-time continuum.
