Until I bought the album on CD a few years ago, I was convinced that the person singing on Take Off was a woman. The Rush fan in me weeps to know that for twenty years I thought Geddy Lee was a girl.

I might've made the same mistake, except when the song first came out, they played the full intro to it on the radio where Bob and Doug introduce "the hit single portion of the record" and thank Geddy for singing. He replies, in a much manlier voice, "hey, ten bucks is ten bucks."
