So the 2005 movie I recommended the other night, particularly the young cast members therein?
Right. The young male lead turns out to be Chekhov from the new Star Trek movie. Emily oohed and ahhed when I mentioned that connection.
The young female lead, on the other hand? Bella. From, you know, That Thing. Em dropped the library DVD box in horror as soon as she saw the actress's picture on it.

Charlie, as we know him, or Squash as the SPCA has chosen to name him? Still available on their website as of tonight:

He looks like he's put on some weight since we rescued him, although he's also lost a bit, as well (they done gone and fixed him). If you find your heart strangely warmed by this little guy, go here and search on his number (8582648) and he will, I pray, still be there for you.
----
Long, busy but overall okay day. Three long-procrastinating clients, including one with the name "Clown" in their d/b/a name, all came out of the woodwork almost simultaneously, wanting their cases all filed, like, yesterday. Maybe I can get them all to file sequentially and then show up at their court hearing where 20 of them pile out of a little car like Shriners.

We've been chilling to the sounds of Vienna Teng this evening. It doesn't get much better than that.
