I'm rather embarrassed to admit that I had to google David Ogden Stiers to remember who he was. The name sounded familiar, I just couldn't place him. Ironically enough, one of the first links I encountered mentioned his "girlfriend." And strangely, the "personal life" section in his Wikipedia article is blank.
Even more embarrassing, however, is the fact that I seriously thought Dom DeLuise was already dead for some reason. I usually do so well when playing "dead or alive?"
I hadn't heard about the latter item-- good for him! :)
I was sad to see Dom Deluise had passed, however. I never got the chance to meet him though I know a couple of people who did, and they said he was absolutely lovely. *sigh*
Eleanor read something about how David's advisors were recommending against the announcement, on account of it cutting into his voicework for Disney movies and whatnot.
Me? I think I'll buy an extra copy of Beauty and the Beast, just because.

David Ogden Stiers is gay?
Well, I'm really sorry to hear the first one and but yay for Stiers.
