As we were waiting for final discharge instructions, I pulled up Eleanor's favorite website to cheer her up a bit.  What LOLCAT was waiting there at the top of the page but one confirming her precise diagnosis?

The real treat I brought home for her is one she discovered going through her line many times at Wegmans: "Birthday Bash" ice cream, a vanilla based concoction from a local company with all kinds of sweet-looking diddlybits in it that is seriously addictive (the frozen food manager told her it's outselling vanilla).

Because Emily tends to bogart anything of the sort, I bought two boxes of the stuff and told her to keep her grubby mitts off Mom's. That one I relabeled as "Hysteroscopy Bash."

Well, I hope she is enjoying her...sweet-looking diddlybits. I scoff at any ice cream that is not chocolate, but that's just me. Seriously, I hope she is back to 100% very soon!
