No U Cant Haz Eastr Bunny
Apr. 11th, 2009 06:56 pmEleanor got home with groceries about an hour ago. It'd been a long day at the store and I was dispatched to get them from the truck.
On the second trip, I saw Squeak, one of our neighbor Sally's cats. They've had him the longest, and while he's a tiny little thing, he's always had his share of spunk.
I walked around the back of the truck to say hello, and while he's usually a pretty sociable fellow, he started heading away from me. Ver. Ree. Slowly.
I followed, and when I got within maybe half a pace of arm's reach, he sped away into one of the garden beds....
....where I was suddenly greeted by a white fluffy tail heading east at approximately 300 miles per hour, attached to a wild rabbit that Squeak had no doubt ordered for his Easter dinner.
Sorry, dude. He is risen, indeed.
