In honor of the foot-plus of snow from two weekends ago which has now all melted except for the biggest of snowplow snow turds either side of our driveway and has apparently flooded all the outdoor hidey-holes of hibernators:

A gorram mouse has taken up residence in our attic.

The aminals are paying no attention now, but I'm damn sure they will be at 4 a.m.

Whatever was broke, I don't think is fixed yet.

ETA. Mmmmmmkay. It shows up HERE just fine, but in Semagic it shows as some gif-fy dancing thing headlined "do I dazzle you?"

We had a mouse under our dishwasher a few weeks ago. I thought our cat Holly was going to need therapy, because she could hear it but not see or get to it. Mousey is now in Mickey Heaven, and Holly can resume her normal life of looking for things to knock off countertops.
