Dream and reality
Oct. 26th, 2008 05:07 pmThe dream I woke up from, 7-something this morning:
Emily is getting married. To a guy who works for HP.
It's the happiest day of my life, I say, because now we can get free ink cartridges for our gorram printers.
----
The reality I expect to wake up to, 7-something tomorrow morning:
Tonight- Rain showers likely through the early overnight. A band of lake effect rain and wet snow developing late...Possibly changing to all snow across higher terrain. A slushy accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible above 1200 feet. Breezy with lows in the lower 30s. Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph...Diminishing to 10 to 20 mph. Gusts up to 35 mph this evening. Chance of precipitation 80 percent.
Monday- Occasional lake effect rain and wet snow showers in the morning...Then occasional rain showers in the afternoon. Little or no additional accumulation. Highs in the mid 40s. Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph. Chance of precipitation 80 percent.
Not that I'd rather be in Miami right now all that much:(

Date: 2008-10-27 12:10 am (UTC)It may snow here tomorrow night. That is unheard of this early down here. Usually we don't see snow until late December or January, even in the mountains. The high tomorrow is going to be 47. Yikes.
I'm hoping Chelsea marries the owner of a Pepsi distribution center. Diet Pepsi for life!!
