Doug's office is closing early today because Barack will be on the lawn of the Capitol at 9 tonight and all the streets are being closed off. It's kinda crazy. Gates open at 6, people are expected to line up at 3. Serious Obamaphilia in this town.

It's even crazier than we thought. ALL streets in downtown are being closed. Doug's office was closed before 3. He stopped by Barack's headquarters and said it was craaaazy with excitement. I think he has more of Texas than Hill might hope.

It was interesting, her closing remark about no matter how it ends, we'll be okay. "We" definitely came across as "me," as in Hillary. Seems like she was kinda consoling herself; seems she's aware she's losing any sort of hold on this campaign.

ALL downtown streets!? That's gotta be a sight. It IS Friday after all, so it's not like anyone's really working?
