From this morning's paper:

Thirty-nine years ago this week (1969), the Buffalo Bills selected O.J. Simpson No. 1 overall in the combined NFL-AFL college draft. Said Simpson agent, Chuck Barnes: "We're not talking about anything as long as 10 years. I don't think O.J. wants to play that long. He is interested in going into social work after football."

And I was just explaining to my 8th grader lasst night that it was impossible to tell what life was going to throw at you in 10 years, or how you would grow and change. "you just have to stay flexible and open".
