That's an old hippie/commie/revolutionary catchphrase, translating from the Portuguese as "the struggle continues," which refers to the ongoing effort to take down The Man.

Well, in this house, the struggle continues in The Man's constant effort to avoid being taken down. Literally.

As God as my witness, if this keeps up I'm going to start checking the corners of this office for bear traps.
