captainsblogJason Mewes was Kevin Smith's guest on the Smodcast from the weekend I was away, and as today was my first road trip since then, I finally got to hear it.
Turns out that both of the boys were involved in the Heroes: Origins project which has now been stalled by the writers strike*. Kevin was involved with the scripting, but he revealed on this podcast that Mewes had been lined up to be an actor in the prequel series.
At least we can guess what superhuman power Jay would exhibit:
