I was reasonably busy yesterday, as Sundays go. Blowing off an actual church service while finishing my homework for the Sunday afternoon class, attending same, ignoring the Bills victory, writing the Legally Blonde thing, welcoming the missus back home, wining and dining with her, posting about my late sister's wedding, ignoring the other Sunday sporting event I promised not to mention anymore, falling down.

More literally than I'd like, that last part. Eleanor came home early from work today after reporting a respiratory and just-feeling-yucky bug, and every indication points to me having it, too.

None of this, though, is to excuse. Yesterday, besides being Sandy's 40th anniversary, was another special person's 31st birthday. A man of music and musing, who was once, and may yet again be, one of the most prolific writers to grace the Friends Page.  I wish you many happy returns of the, um, yesterday?, and am pleased to have you once again oot and aboot in the loop:)

Yuck... I hope you are feeling better. I am quite fine, as the Sox are in the series! Ok, I wanted the Braves, but anything is better than the Yankees, who are not terribly popular down here.

Thank you!

Having fun in Virginia. My birthday was going to church in DC and then we drove back to Virginia Beach that afternoon and collapsed from our busy weekend. Birthday cake was made Monday and started eating it for breakfast on Tuesday. :-)
