When I got home today, Tasha greeted me with a wagging tail.
First time we'd seen that out of her in three days.
The medicine's down the hatch- nasty stuff, to be sure, but you give it all in one dose. She's eaten chicken and broth, some rice, and even a little of her usual kibble.
Not her completely smiling self yet, but we think she's out of the woods:)

Today wound up being my first trip even briefly out of town all week, so I only just got to my Wait Wait fix from Sunday. The goofiest story was this- Iranian intelligence agency arrests 14 squirrels.
That one was real. These riffs on it were not:
