This journal is going on hiatus for awhile. It's just time to focus on other things for awhile.

Honestly, I like when people say they are taking a break rather than just poofing, but I only defriend if it's been like six months or a year or something, please don't be gone a year! Not because I'll defriend, but because I'm going to miss your updates.

A sad story, actually. It is- or more precisely "was"- a small-venue music club in downtown Buffalo where you could see the likes of Bruce Cockburn, the Nylons or Warren Zevon from a table 20 feet away from the stage.

What it doesn't say in that last paragraph is this: In 2004, the TRALF has changed hands again. {Some guy], a 20-something kid with no experience but a good connection to local developers, signed a 5-Year Lease with the venue, forcing out the guy who did the great job we just told you about, and is creating a brand new look while ignoring most city regulations for getting permits and licenses and stuff, resulting in the TRALF not really existing anymore except on webpages like this:(
