National Hurricane Center officials commented today on the unusual track of this killer storm:

Not only is it going to New Hampshire, it's threatening South Carolina and Oklahoma and Arizona and North Dakota and New Mexico, and then it's going to California and Texas and New York … And it's going to South Dakota and Oregon and Washington and Michigan, and then its track takes it right over Washington, D.C., to blow over the White House! Byaaah!!!

When I first heard that Bush Twin Jenna had announced her engagement to one of Karl Rove's minions, my first thought was, Right. That's an old Machiavellian move from way back, marrying into the Royal Family to consolidate your grip on power.

Then the inevitable corollary struck me: if you REALLY want to secure power within the Royal Family, knock up the princess and get your DNA on an heir.

A quick search on two little words- "Jenna" and "knocked"- produced this Googlevidence:

 That's the bride-to-be in the red muumuu, looking like her Elmo already got tickled several months back.

And from just this week at the Kennebunkport Kompound:

 Barbara (C) and an unidentified Chick Friend (R) are joined by Jenna in what appears to be an early publicity photo for the new film Two and a Half Twins.

This would explain the sudden Rove resignation, wouldn't it? Not to mention the truly horrific presence that Dick Cheney would add to a "shotgun wedding."

As for all of us who still believe the Bush presidency is illegitimate? This would certainly remind us of that for a lonnnnng time.
