They all hurt.  From all different sources. Nothing terrible, but the cumulative effect gets to you after awhile.

From the ground up:

Not toes, so much, but foot.  My left, to be precise- where I introduced a sliver of glass into it about a month ago. On medical advice, I soaked it for days and seemed to have reached an acceptable peace with the piece, until yesterday morning. Then, during the morning feeding frenzy, I stepped on something over by the fish tank (appropriate, since that's where all the glass came from when we crashed the old one) and must've caused it enough of a twist and/or turn to be a real bother again.

Knee, singular. A week ago, Sally brought out the dreaded step-up platforms and basically dared me to use the highest one. These have been nothing but trouble for me since forever, but it was a limited-range exercise (not requiring getting completely off the thing for each rep), so I grabbed the weights and got through it. By two mornings later, the left one began hurting like hell, was probably aggravated by two straight days of sitting on my arse (driving and seminaring, respectively), and while it's better now, I still feel some nasties when I bend down and put a lot of load on it.

Shoulder, also singular. Same spot as Eleanor's, not nearly as bad, but persistent for the past two weeks following some I Really Shouldn't Do That shoulder exercises where weights were extended straight out from a laying against an incline bench.  Only the right one is affected, probably because that's the one I tend to sleep with my head on top of while lying on my side.

That leaves head, and that's where the clients are. Yesterday, I discovered it took until about 10:30 a.m. for the weekend's super-moon to rear back its ugly head and turn them all into raging lunatics. For a good half hour, I had EVERYBODY calling me at once, some callers being dropped and at least one being really pissed off.

And look! It's 10:30 again!
