Great advice, that, from Frank Zappa, and advice one of the other tenants in Emily's building needs to learn. We both got calls from her in the (sorry) wee hours of this morning, indicating that their terlet wouldn't flush and asking for advice.
We both missed the calls, and by the time I finally saw the voicemail indicator an hour or so ago, she'd been to Home Depot and taken care of it. Turned out, indeed, to be a Tampax Dam down there, for which she (and Cam, for that matter) claimed no responsibility.
Best of all, she figured it out and fixed it all on her own, without having to resort to calling Igor (or possibly Eye-gor), the landlord's maintenance guy.
These kids are gonna be okay:)
