Short on words. So pictures, eh?
Jan. 4th, 2012 08:54 pmI did relatively little work-work today; it's looking like a fair part of town took the week off, so it'll hit like a ton of bricks next week when I have (so far) four court appearances in the first four days of the week.
Did a fair amount of running about, though, and that cuts down on blogging time, so I'll let the camera phone do the talking. A couple of shots from yesterday's TO trip:

I knew, as I shot this whilst illegally parked across from the Art Gallery of Ontario, that the signage wouldn't come out, and it didn't:P But it's a lovely building, and delightfully named the Village Idiot Pub. I'm not surprised that the village was missing all its idiots on this particular Tuesday; from the sound of things, they'd all emigrated to Iowa for the premiere Republican caucus.

That's my illegally-parked car in the foreground, but you're probably looking at either the very eclectic and speckledband blonde Ontario College of Art and Design, which practically butts up to the AGO, or the CN Tower at the end of the road.
----
We got home to feed the animals a few hours past their standard time, so you might think they'd sleep in a bit this morning? HELL NO; Tasha was at it as usual well before 5 a.m. By 5 p.m., though, she and her older kitty brother had decided to store up their energy for the 6 p.m. feeding frenzy:

They really do get along about this well, these two, if not typically in such close quarters:)
----
Back tomorrow with coherent thoughts strung together into paragraphs. Probably.
