Okay, I confess. Put down the comfy chair.

If I'm working from home, and want to test my blind-squirrel luck on a legal question, I'll google it. More often than you'd think, you get a trade-site or something reliable that you can then use to base further actual online or in-office research.

"More often than you'd think" does not equate to "very often," though. Today, say. I've got a sleazy guy who is suing a client of mine on a note that is possibly over our usury limit of 16 percent. His is 15 percent, but he's got a ridiculous late charge added to each payment. So my question: are late fees included when you calculate the rate?
