One of THOSE days

* Got a late start today on account of losing my mobile phone, despite being ON IT when I got into the damn car. Finally found it buried in a hidey-hole of the front seat that I have no recollection of putting it into, after blowing close to half an hour returning home so I could call it from our landline.
* Was late for court, but that's okay, since the hearing officer was running well over an hour late.
* Flew threw the afternoon with little if any actual productivity.
* Have had close to half a dozen highly intelligent friends fall for the current OMG It's The Osama Picture! scam on Facebook. People people people.
* And just now, somehow decided to try a paperclip for an afternoon snack. Fortunately, nothing was broken or swallowed, although that clip is probably shot.
Some of you just received an email from me about possibly helping a friend out finding legal counsel in the Pacific Northwest. You have her contact information, but she doesn't have yours, so while I'd love if you could help, I tried not to invade anybody's privacy through asking.
Unposted, for now, is a bit that ended last night in a weird way, but there's a visual aid to go with that one that I hope to add after Eleanor gets home and I return from le gym.

Glad you didn't chip anything on the paperclip. Do you suppose you need to up the iron in your diet?
