Driving to the office earlier today, I got behind a Hyundai that had one of those European-country decal thingies you often see:



Anyone know what they're riffing on? Anyone? Bueller?

(The site I got the picture from says it came from a Hyundai dealer, but nothing to clue me in on why they would be passing out such things.)
