Day Two of the expected Three-Day Marathon of early departures and late arrivals. First two appointments went fine, but I'm now stuck interminably waiting for the third.

On the bright side, my hearing in Olean tomorrow got postponed until mid-April, which means I am not going to be driving into the teeth of the latest OMGSnowpocalypse! they're predicting for tonight and into tomorrow morning.  You'd hope that snow wouldn't be a remote chance in mid-April, but in the Southern Tier, that just means "the lake is thawing and therefore we can still get three feet of lake-effect in an hour."

Another day, another courthouse, another weird internet connection. Yesterday was monkeys in Rochester. Meanwhile, here, my Friendspage didn't QUITE render right and gave me this:



I can just imagine what angry animal beast would've been waiting for me in the Cattauraugus County Courthouse tomorrow if I'd gone. Probably a two-headed sloth with green teeth.

According to published reports, LJ was briefly down when I got that visit from Sid the Squid.

I tried leaving a comment on a Wordpress blog just now, and apparently the NYS Court Administration filtering software has that site blocked. Yet not LJ (or Facebook, which is where I found the outage info). Either that or Scott Walker is expanding his censorship to other states.
