Looks like I picked the wrong week to give up destroying the environment

Before heading to a real law library to answer the question of the day, I thought I'd just run the question through Google, because a lot of legal-research sites are starting to show up there (not that I'd rely entirely on that, but it's as good a place to start as any).

On the other hand, adding -oil -spill -OSLFT to your search seems like it would avoid a lot of that.
