Well, other than suddenly feeling a need to take a picture of this at the gym?

Spent most of today, when not at said gym, futzing with a new allegedly Vista-compatible router for Eleanor's new computer, which suddenly didn't do a particularly good job of routing to mine, either. I've adjusted settings and it seems better now.

Our windows are still open, two Saturdays before Thanksgiving.  Wowsers.

Off to pick up the kid from a friend's birthday party. I warned her that I'd be wearing gym shorts, an apparently sore subject with her in the presence of a certain young gentleman caller, and she instantly replied, "Dad, my boyfriend's not even here."

First time I'd heard her use that word in a sentence.

::laughs:: Thanks for linking to the performance of "He Vas My Boyfriend." I crack up every time I hear that line in the original film, and I've been known to utter it aloud in appropriate situations. ;-)

Only when her name is mentioned. And I'm not sure, but I think the crowd did whinny when she was introduced.
