Forget this Bayh stuff. I hereby go on record in full support of Christopher Dodd as the Vice Presidential nominee for the Democrat party.

He adds geographic balance; he has a track record of experience and eloquence (he even holds his own with Imus), but that's not the most important thing.

Yesterday's answer, btw, was "Topsy Turvy," the Mike Leigh cinematic riff on Gilbert and Sullivan. I still have no idea why a Superman and a Gilligan's Island disk came up in response to that (did Superman fly upside down? Did the boat sink? Nowait,... that was something else.)

Dodd is awesome. I was on the Dodd for Pres train in the first place. Mr. All Talk No Action Change Hope Blah Blah Blah needs SOMEONE of substance as his VP.
