All in all, a fairly normal work Monday. Conciliatory court hearing, couple of payments resolved, appointments set for later in the week.

Then the returned phone call. When the vet calls and just leaves a message for you to call back,....

In this case, it just meant something was ready.



We've adjusted in what will be three weeks tomorrow. Boz's brother is a growing and healthy almost-cat.

He cuddles with the dog, plays till he drops, and reminds us of the joy of youth. 

And we will continue to be reminded. Just with this nearby as a further reminder of how he got here and who lives on with us through him.

Eleanor sobbed, as I knew she would. I have all the other feels.

We started watching a film while Bronzini tore around the living room, having the best of times.
