Don't get me wrong. It was a nice O. Henry twist at the end and all, except that the On-Demand description of the episode included the preview "Kevin makes a stunning confession." What did you THINK I was gonna guess- that he couldn't hit the curveball?
A lot of loose ends got tied up, but more with twist-ties than real connectivity. All that was missing was Thor singing Don't Stop Believing in the chapel scene to bring Edie's career full circle.
I still love too many of these people to give up on them, but unlike certain time-traveling septugicenterians, I'm not exactly hanging on their every move until we meet again.
