Hey, kids! Let's tour the courthouse!
Feb. 23rd, 2011 10:44 amI had a conference in Room 25 today. Every wall of every hall had a big sign pointing the way to Room 25. No indication on the sign to tell anyone what it was. All I could think was this is the courthouse version of Room 101.
And it was. It's where cases get adjourned and adjourned and adjourned until somebody dies. Quite possibly me.
----
On the way back from there, I passed a restroom in the hallway, with a sign identifying it as "ACCESSIBLE WOMEN."
Really, now. Is there anything else in life we'd ever want?
----
Then up to the law library while waiting for another client to call back. Here we have all the modern conveniences, including wireless access to the Internet!

I am SO not asking.
