captainsblogArtvoice just posted a copy of a handout passed out at a staff development day for county library employees, who have once again been put on the chopping block so our county executive can keep his Spaulding Lake property taxes ridiculously low:

(Unrelated rant: Anyone else having trouble uploading pictures to LJ? Eleanor's new userpic took some major work to send through, and Semagic hasn't been able to send direct uploads of file-based photos for a couple of days now.)
